Being vegan has nothing to do with taking a vow of poverty. In this class we will prepare vegan cuisine with high quality ingredients while employing the use of a meat alternative. We will make a ragu of giant Greek beans with homemade tofu ricotta cheese, Handmade saffron pasta with "meatballs" in red wine sauce and spice roasted apples with coconut caramel sauce.
