The French bistro is a little more casual than a brasserie, with modest but fulfilling fare. The menu for this class will consist of the typical bistro fare that one expects in these charming little establishments. Our menu will feature:
Mussels braised in cider with apples, lemon and garlic roasted chicken with ratatouille and potatoes dauphinoise, then for dessert a classic chocolate pots du creme.
