This class is open to four couples, so bring a bottle of wine, a date and be ready to cook. In this class we will prepare: Chilled potato and leek soup with crab salad, Duck confit with roasted tomato, butter bean compote, wilted chard and for dessert, Clafoutis, the classic French cherry cake.
