We will work with you to create a menu of your liking while taking into consideration your dislikes, food allergies, any dietary restrictions and your desire to learn a particular cooking technique.
Our focus is mostly Mediterranean, offering a diversity of cuisines such as Italian, French, Greek and Spanish and also German and Southern/Cajun, . A wide variety of techniques can be included such as pasta making, knife skills, braising, sous vide, deboning a chicken, etc., whatever skill you want to learn within the given time frame.
